Kuniaki Kobayashi 小林邦昭 (80s Jr. ver)

Here's Kuniaki Kobayashi as he wrestled in the 1980s. One of the most underrated Jr. heavyweights of his time, the "Tiger Hunter" rose to fame as the native rival of the first Tiger Mask in New Japan. Kobayashi then feuded with the second generation Tiger Mask (Misawa) after jumping ship to All Japan Pro Wrestling with Riki Choshu in 1984. Kobayashi returned to New Japan in 1987 and was right back in the mix for the IWGP Jr. Heavyweight title until he bumped up to the heavyweight division and joined together with Shiro Koshinaka's Heisei Ishigun.
