A battery-powered spark gun that fires slow shocking projectiles.

NOTES
•The idea was that it shoots balls of lightning that shock enemies and cause splash damage, but since we don't have a stun effect I used Blast ammo instead.

•Let me know if there's a way to visually use Plasma projectiles while keeping the Blast effect.
