描述
Various Repaints from the GP40-2 from MaikC. Please notice:
The original mod must be installed and activated, otherwise the mod will not work properly!
Built from EMD from 1972 to 1986, the GP40-2 was an underserie from the Dash-2-Line. This was the average performance class of the four-axle locos from EMD.
With a power from 3060 HP she was a little bit more powerfull than the GP38-2. Because she has a Turbocharger, which increase the maintenance, not so many loco's as the GP38-2 were produced.The pack contains the following color schemes:
- Burlington Northern
- BNSF
- Conrail
- CSX Dark Future
- Norfolk Southern
- Denver and Rio Grande Western
- Southern Pacific
- Western Pacific

Technical Datas:
Power: 3060 hp
Tractive Power: 300 kN
Max Speed: 70 mph
Aviable: from 1972

I will wait with the convert, until Transport Fever 2 runs a bit more stable. Because this was one of my first mods, the convert isn't an easy one :) .

Could you, or someone, please make some F units for TPF? The late 40s and early 50s is such a difficult time... and I hate over using the PA units for freight.

NS was delivered in 1990, so the loco is showing up in 1990, not 1983 ;)

Hi all, I am having an issue in that the NS liveried ones aren't showing up in my game, I am currently at 1983. Do they become available later or is there a problem with the mod not showing up in my game correctly.
I am working on a rough recreation of Juniata Loco shops, and so Norfolk Southern locos are the order of the day

Some of the locos are old liveries of companys, which had fusioned together. So Some like NS, BNSF are aviable until today, some like the SP are not aviable for all the time
