TTT Identity Swapper with Playermodel change

This is a revised version of the TTT Identity Swapper [Fix]. I have in this version the playermodel added or gefixed, since this did not work.

- [GER] Wechselt die Identität mit der eines anderen Spielers.
- [ENG] Switch your identity with another player.

Using this item gives you the ability to swap your name with someone else (the guy you knived)
Buy this item, choose the knive and left click your enemy. You should see that your enemy now wears your name and your model.
