Vehicle Mounted Mine Detection (VMMD) Husky

The Husky, also known as "Chubby" by the US military, is a single operator mine detection vehicle. Usually operating as part of a larger group known as a Mine Protection Vehicle Family (MPVF).

The mk. ii supports the standard chassis with advanced radar detection and lane protection system. Designed to keep the operator safe in the event of a detonation, the mk. ii also has slat armor to protect against projectiles.

The lane protection system along with the advanced radar system can be raised and lowered using the second tab of controls.

Oh damn! Sitting in this bad boy brought back memories. All it's missing is that damned giant monitor on the left that actually controlled the GPR panels. Great work for sure, man. From one Husky driver who drove one of these many a hours, five miles an hour down routes daily... Can't say much more than spot on work.
