Quick announcement.
I know it has been a while, but I'm back for more. I have been tackling many big projects and they all took so much time out of me. So I would try to slow it down and make smaller asset as usual.

For glowable assets, I would want to wait for more information about Green City DLC as I might refuse to migrate their zoning.

Also, most of the glowable assets I said I want to disown like Aegis or Phitsanulok or Vigor (not XL version)... I will try to revive them back as best as I could...
