D_Tor's Additional Melee Slot

This moves your melee to a hidden slot (slot7) so you can carry pistols or Deagles as well as a melee! I think this is how the game should've been in the first place since you store your melee on your back and your pistol in your holster but whatever, Valve knows best. Originally made by Hot Biscuits but mine has a fix for the invisible arms whenever a Left 4 Dead 1 survivor held out a chainsaw. (You would just see a floating chainsaw.) If any problems occur please tell me!
