Empire Confederation

So this mod removes the penalties from confederating with Empire, while also allowing you to continue confederating without any "cooldowns" - simple as that.

Feedback on the mod would be much appreciated. I am not that comfortable with modding for WH yet, so do tell me if anything abnormal occurs.

Compatible with mods that are not messing with scripts, can be compatible with some of them however.

Could you update this mod so it works with the new Norsca update please? i keep getting game crashes with this mod on even though i love what it does :(

Can you please make a submod for SFO that makes Confederation more frequent? Infact it doesnt even seem to exist in SFO its so annoying to see minor factions late game.

I'm not so certain about Orcs, VC or Norsca, but I believe Wood Elves had similar penalties, which is why I made a mod for them. I will look into doing the same for the rest if needed.

Always felt it was weird that Bretonnia could confederate with much less penalties than Empire with regards to public order (their penalty instead was that their economy would go down the crapper, but tbh that'd happen with Empire too if you neglected upkeep reduction skills and trade agreements), and could confederate multiple subfactions in a single turn, while Empire couldn't.

Dumb question time: do Wood Elves, Orcs, Vampire Counts, or Norsca suffer similar penalties to confederation that the Empire does, or is that exclusive to Empire and Dwarfs? Mostly would like to know so that mods could be made to fix those factions' confederation penalties as well.

nice mod very nice could u make a seperate version where u can confed without requiring good influence with that said faction
