River North Lofts (3 assets)

This set of 3 loft buildings was designed as a low-impact complement to the other great loft style assets on the workshop.

Included are:

River North Lofts (3x4)
River North Lofts 2 (2x3)
River North Lofts 3 (4x4)

They each have color variations in the reds, grays, and blacks, and are high residential level 3 growable homes. I know there are several mods to make these ploppable, so please use whichever you see fit if you like to hand place stuff like I do.

Based on the many various lofts in Chicago's River North area, these fairly low poly models are sure to add some postindustrial pomp to your districts.

Triangles: 300 - 500 / 10 LOD
Textures: 1024² / 128² (d,n,s,i,c)

First time making one of these "packs" so I hope everything works out smoothly.
