Can I re-uploaad it with this HD charger https://gamebanana.com/mods/334085 .

Changes:
1. Only your Health Screen 1 and 3 mixed with his HD Remake. I made it magic.

No changes:
1. HEV Changer will remain the same.

Is this mod supposed to include the original sound effects? There's a sound file in the mod's folder, but I'm not getting a different sound, even after inputting snd_restart into the console.
