描述
Kam's, "Home of the Drinking Illini", is a popular bar that sits just off the campus of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Its reputation--and its odor, sometimes--carries for miles around. It is the site of frequent liquor license violations and weekend lines that span the entire block.

This asset was created with ploppability in mind.
While this building would probably make a fine growable asset, its uniquely vibrant appearance and status as a 'landmark' of sorts to Illinois students steered me to upload it as a ploppable Unique Building. I strongly encourage using it with the Ploppable RICO mod so that it can function as a commercial building while still being ploppable.

I grew up in Champaign! KAM’s was one of my first college bar experiences in the 1990’s! I was certainly NOT expecting it in Cities:Skylines! Brilliant!
