This mod adds Dwayne Elizondo Mountain Dew Herbert Camacho to the game.

Some icon images aren't working the way I'd hoped, but the mod itself should work.

City names are various references and characters from the movie Idiocracy.

Traits/Bonuses:

*Ow My Balls! - Grants 50% combat xp bonus, and generates gold for each unit killed (3 * Str) because that stuff is funny!

*Unique Building (Monday Night Rehabilitation) - Increase unit damage vs. Barbarians by 2 per building. +4 Production and Great General points.

*Joe Fixes The Government - +1 economic policy slot for all governments
