Neat NATO Namelist (NSC Compatible)

An attempt at a pretty comprehensive namelist for the NATO states, fully compatible with New Ship Classes and More (NSC) but also backwards compatible with vanilla. Featuring:

- Over 11,000 ship names from every current NATO state with a navy
- Over 3,000 planet names covering various themes such as pre-historic sites, battles etc across the states
- Over 10,000 first and second names from the key NATO states

Because I don't know which characters Stellaris will show and which it won't, I've converted all special (non-English) characters into English text - apologies if this changes the meaning massively, I can barely speak English let alone any other language.

I've tried to remove all the clearly Nazi-ish German names from the ships, but if there's one left in, let me know!

Update 5/10/2019 - Loooong time since I'd done owt to this. Updated to version 2.3.*, added new names to the lists to support new NSC classes.

Update 6/12/2018 - Updated to 2.2. No other changes...

Update 13/9/2018 - Realised I hadnt updated to 2.1.*. No other changes...

Update 06/03/2018 - Titan names now work (Thanks to Cowboy Jack) - who'd have thought the system was so sensitive to capitalisation... Rejigged a few names to better fit the new NSC ship types.

Update 22/2/2018 - Updated to 2.0. All seems to work well. Added ship names for Titans (the names of each NATO country in their native language) and Colossuses (Short of ideas, I went with the names of NATO operations thus far - if anyone has better ideas, let me know...)

Update 20/12/2017 - Updated to 1.9 and added a few new Continental planet names as I was getting bored of the previous list.

Update 21/09/2017 - Updated to 1.8. No changes...

Update 16/9/2017 - I've edited a few of the names to be a little shorter to avoid causing issues. Primarily Portuguese and Romanian ships, with a spattering from other nations...
