Drop Container Chute Deploy 500 (Reactor version)

Quick Simple Mod to set the Parachute Deploy Height in the Drop Containers to 500, they were originally set at 200 (this is from sea level, not terrain height), this should help them land better on thinner atmosphere planets like Mars, and also in the mountanous areas on Earth/Alien and other similar planets :)

this obviously overwrites other Drop Container mods :)

this will still work, and comes with the reactors
