NOTES
•This is modeled after the Torgue Spitter rifles (Green Rarity), I call them Torguenados. They're my favorite guns from Borderlands.

•Uses Medium Ammo and spits out Blast bullets at an increasing fire rate. The damage seems really random, you may hit for 2 to 30 damage depending on where the blasts hit.

•Range is shorter so you can better control where the bullets will land.
