Sunken 45° Parclo (Detroit, Michigan)


After a lot of struggle, I am finally able to release my new interchange :D
This is a parclo (for partial cloverleaf) located in Detroit.
Real life location[www.google.fr]
It connects one of Detroit main avenue, the Gratiot avenue, to the interstate I-94.
Contrary to my previous Detroit Parclo that was elevated, the highway on this one is suken and it is also quite smaller :D


Take a look at the last pictures to configurate traffic lights properly using Traffic Manager in order for it to work at maximum capacity.

Figures:
Min height : -8m
Max height : ground
Clearance : 8m (the minimum one for realistic look)
Max slope < 6.25% which is my standard (1m height every 16m long)
Length : 50u (400m) on highway, 16u (128m) on avenue

I really love this intersection and use it all the time... any chance you could do a version of it where the 45% angle it the other direction?

hi, I get an error with vaious of your interchanges that says "NetInfo missing" and I have installed all of the moods you used. Does anyone know what it could be?

94 is a death trap and that is a terrible intersection because everyone is going at least 15 mph over the limit and the ramps are too short. They are almost done re doing it and I think it's the same design SMH

I see they added dedicated through lanes in the middle of the 96. It's massive though, so if I were to build it, do you think it should be to scale ? Or maybe scaled down while keeping the general shape (lane numbers, bend on the 96) but remove the parclo ?

Reminds me of home. Michigan highways are a nightmare. Maybe look into doing the new I-96/US-23 Interchange, about 30 miles from this interchange.

Maybe you have mods that are incompatible with this version of Fine Road Tool. Try using Fine Road Tool 2.0.4 instead.
