The Kona is one of Iocus Shipyards popular Centar V class star freighters, a well rounded workhorse shunting bulk freight to fringe colonies. Officially considered a "medium" sized transport between the IV and VI models (half and double the V's size, respectively), the Centar V has a modular cargo strut that has 12 external mounting points for various cargo modules, plus two additional hardpoint connectors for interlinked compartments. On top of that, the Centar V has a massive internal cargo hold suitable for produce, livestock, small ships and anything else that can be fit inside. It is not uncommon to see Centaurs refitted into mobile repair tugs, medical frigates and expeditionary ships thanks to their respectable accomidations.
