I'm on version 13505 and the consist are available in All and Multiple units category. They don't appear in Wagons. Probably Urban games didn't think that there will be consists for freight.
Is there any newer version that i don't know?

The UI is a bit broken there. Works great for vanila, but with mods like such, it just does not handle it that well

... new patch do NOT show multiple_units without an engine. :(
Any known bypass?
