Frank Vincent Zappa is one of the most innovative and stylistically diverse rock musicians of his generation.

As a self-taught composer and performer, Zappa's diverse musical influences led him to create music that was sometimes difficult to categorize.

During his extensive tenure with the WWE, while most wrestlers used (and abused) steroids and hard drugs, Zappa followed a strict regimen of coffee and cigarettes which helped keep his mind and body limber. He also composed entire albums in the shower and also when he mapped out matches with his fellow wrestlers.
