[WOTC] random Not Created Equally

描述
***For War of the Chosen only***

Adds customizable Not Created Equally to soldiers and hero classes, varying their starting values of health, aim, defense, hack, dodge, will, and mobility. This is not balanced in the sense of more points in one stat is less of another, it is simply random. Some soldiers will be superior to others.

Default values are as follows:
Will 30-55, 35-55 for hero classes
HP 3-6
Aim 55-75
Defense 0-10
Mobility 10-15
Hacking 0-10
Dodge 0-10

These can be easily changed in the XComGame_CharacterStats.ini.

It doesn't seem that the Author is around anymore-also authored the Simple Red Fog mod that seems to have some glitches but no response to comments there either

I'm not complaining or anything because I love this mod & it's easy enough to config, but is there any chance of this working with MCM in the future?
