@DiViNe NeKO nope. just unsub, resub, load anew. Using Unres cost or Uniform system? clear Cages.
Custom mod Loader? -regenerate Ini start.

i think its outfit you equip regular guy with the stuff in customisation by yourself...

@ObelixDk for some reason, in the options-gameplay in said options, there is no slider that you can adjust to change the likelihood of a randomly gen soldier to have it. is there's a problem or something? or bug?

for some reason this isn't working in my game. my deadpool character looks like a shadow that needs to be unlocked
