Adds in an exception to the LOS requirement for rulers in War of the Chosen: if they take any damage from XCOM (excluding abilities that retain concealment or were free actions), even from a out of sight sniper, they will gain an action point instead of just standing there taking it.

补充说在洛杉矶一个例外要求统治者在战争中选择:如果他们从XCOM任何损害(包括能力,保留隐瞒或自由的行动),甚至从不见了狙击手,他们将获得一个行动点而不是站在那里把它。

I'm not sure what you mean, this mod doesn't affect the Chosen. They behave as any other enemies do, without the Ruler reaction system.

@Dragon32 Of cource i ment the chosen not the ruler.
But after all standard troubleshooting he still not shows ruler behaviour. He makes an action in his round but still stands there if he takes various shots. Unexcluded ones.
