Urik InGame Menu Supplement for Mutation Mod version

This is a "supplement" "fix" addon for Urik Game Menu with Rayman's Mutation Mod
YOU don't need it if you have regular non-mutation "Urik Game Menu".
It can also be used standalone if you desire so.
The reason it is a separate addon is because it didn't work when combined with mutation mod.
This addon contains the custom "in-game pause menu" part of the Game Menu mod.
Please refer to screenshots and description before asking "what does it do?"

Also note that "sliders" in L4D2 don't scale with resolution, so in 2k or 4k they will get much smaller and misaligned with stuff.

I just made this in a couple hours, so report if any bugs as I didn't have the time to fully test it.
I'll maybe add a video later so it's more informative than screenshots.
