描述
Based on Phoenix's Discharged Power Cells for Batteries mod.

Fixes component icon, disassembly time of discharged power cell is increased by 1.5 times.

It's been years since I last played SE. Needless to say, I'm quite surprised the mod still works. Unfortunately, I don't have the Warfare 2 DLC and buying it is not my intention any time soon.

However, I looked up the files that go with the vanilla game and found all the files I need to make the mod support the DLC. I won't be able to test the updated version myself though.
