Hello! I've uploaded a new overhauled version of this addon as a result of

You do not need sv_cheats enabled to use this addon.

2022 UPDATE: The addon decided to break itself recently, so I've fixed it. Along with a few other things, such as it removing the ambient noise, reverbations and echoes in the environment. It should now only work as intended! Thanks for all of the love guys, i really didn't expect this addon to blow up!

This addon REMOVES the annoying EAR RINGING / TINNITUS sound and SHOULD NOT conflict with any other sound addon in the workshop

I made this addon purely because I looked around the workshop desperately trying to find a fix for this issue and I just ended up fixing it myself.

Do you hate realism? Specifically the sound of your ears being raped after an explosion? Well have I got the fix for you! Introducing the Ear Ring Remover! (This will not remove earrings).

Made with only ONE LINE OF CODE!

This simple but effective addon will change the way you play GMod forever! No more annoying ringing and more of that juicy succulent explosion sound! Enjoy.

Thank you, operators and such typically wear earing protection to help protect against ringing anyway. Yes tinnitus is a service related common issue that happens to real people but these days we value hearing pro quite a lot civilian or not.

Plus the ringing in this game is for some reason at a ungodly volume and pitch in the source engine games specifically HL2/GMOD.Like the ringing itself GIVES ME tinnitus
