IS-2 Heavy Tank - AWG Heavy Industry

The IS Tank was a series of heavy tanks developed as a successor to the KV-series by the Soviet Union during World War II. The heavy tank was designed with thick armor to counter German 88 mm guns and carried a 122mm main gun capable of defeating Tiger and Panther tanks. It was mainly a breakthrough tank, firing a heavy high-explosive shell that was useful against entrenchments and bunkers.
The IS-2 went into service in April 1944 and was used as a spearhead by the Red Army in the final stage of the Battle of Berlin. The IS acronym is the anglicised initialism of Joseph Stalin (Ио́сиф Ста́лин/Iosif Stalin).

In-game, the IS-2 is intended to act as a breakthrough vehicle, able to take as much punishment as it can give with its main gun, a 200mm rocket launcher. It stores 40 rockets in its main ammunition stockpile and 24 inside of the externally mounted ammunition containers.
It has three turret mounted machine-guns, one mounted in an AA configuration and two in an anti-infantry role.

Protected by multiple layers of composite armour and a completely encased set of internal components, it is a vehicle with survivability at its core.
It carries 12 replacement wheels and several-thousand rounds of ammunition for the machine-guns, assuring you won't be left without a way to defend yourself from light ground or air attack.
Unlike the real IS Heavy Tank series which used torsion bar suspension, I have created a system more similar to vertical volute suspension, to allow the tank to carry up to 400 tonnes of extra weight.This allows it to tow other vehicles or be up-armoured if necessary. You will never have to worry about fuel while driving the IS-2, as it carries five years of fuel onboard, with more able to be stored in the external containers.
