09 Javelin Rider

The Javelin Rider is the 9th Small Vessel in the Nexus Space Industries Line to be put into service under NSI.

After the huge succes off the Javelin Viper we needed a new fighter that was equal to that off the Rider, but instead the rider would be designed for all purposes unlike the Viper which was only build for combat.
