An elite freestyle wrestler and Sambo competitor with military and police experience, Volk Han joined Fighting Network RINGS with a match against Akira Maeda, and although defeated in his first outing, Han quickly took to the style of RINGS, winning multiple Mega Battle Tournaments. Han's impossibly fluid style on the mats and endless array of elaborate but practical submissions made him a tough opponent no matter who he faced.
