Adds a new active item to the game - Old Radio

Itempools:
Treasure
Shop
Beggar
Bomb Beggar
(Greedmode supported)

What is he doing:
-Six rooms charge
-When activated, creates a random chest, or a low-probability collectible of the current itempool
-Luck influences the reward

Possible rewards:
-25% spiked chest
-10% red chest
-45% normal chest
-8% golden chest
-8% stone chest
-2% eternal chest
-2% collectible

Cool idea!
A tip for sprites is to not make the lines go at perfect angles like that. No other item sprites do that.
