@STUG and i agree with you the sounds are terrible, but i highly reccomend MzK's "New Distant Gunshots", just install it after this and bam it sounds like the ravenfield title screen.

@STUG I forgot wether or not i even put distant sounds in this mod, although, if i did, these arent from that mod, i just low pass filtered tf outa the sounds for the distant.

this mod is great, has the realistic echos and i really like the m4a1 but.. why on earth would u use that TERRIBLE distance sound ive hated for long time in the mod darkest hour for red orchestra... WHYY. it makes it so i dont want to use this coz i love darkest hour but dread the sounds a lot... ive heard this same sound in other games and mods too, its following me and i hate it

this can be done using scripts. although great idea, im nowhere near good enough in scripting/programming to do so, but i could find sources online. right now im looking through supersonic crack sounds from the italian BM-59 video, gonna make a realistic supersonic crack (but that titles been taken so gg work wasted) mod.

And also, have you considered making the sound more realistic? Ive read somewhere that for insurgency sound, it is possible to make it random. So instead of vanilla, which only have one sound for everytime you fire, I guess you can import 3 different sound so everytime the gun fires, it recycles randomly through all 3 sounds.

i would, but im not sure i'd be able to find the correct sounds, although i could substitute some, i dont like replacing sounds with different guns :/
