Evan's Star Wars Armor Generator

This addon implements an entity and a swep that allow those with a repair tool to generate armor for squad mates to use.

To place the entity you must have the swep equipped and be looking at or below the horizon line.
The person who places it may make armor but can not take it themselves. (Only by asking a squad mate to press e on the generator can you get the armor it generates. This promotes teamwork and keeps it from being abused by lone engineers.)

TL:DR
Only other players can press e on the generator and make it drop armor.
The person who placed the generator may pick it up again by pressing e on it.
