No. It was the base ideea from there to have more types of tracks but that is all. Track configuration is different and it doesn't have any custom model for catenary and stuff to match the tracks
Mod folder is located in Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/446800/1113418957/. There in the res folder is the construction one.
The game does not have a way to get a list of all the track types available and use them for stations, so the stations will use only the standard and high-speed tracks because those exists in the base game.
If you think that the cost is too low you can edit the lua files from res/config/track/ folder with any text editor and at the end there is a line with t.cost= .... set a value that you want and enjoy. Or get angry if you go bankrupt :)
