Army Conscription WIP [OUTDATED]

描述
Spawn a bunch of recruitables ( only in stack for testing purposes) for quickly building up an army

They cost 3000 each and have their stats around 30

WARNING: this is sorta of a personal mod, so it's quite unbalanced and flawed.

OUTADED!!!!!! --> Might update if i remember how i made it lol

I've never actually used the mod myself but I would like too, a way of lazy recruiting with good starter stats is something I want in my game

I found the Conscripts but none of them can be talked to... might need an Update, or I'm just an Idiot.
