Remove Catenary / 3rd Rail

Annoyingly the default game has a habit of incorrectly placing catenary masts in the middle of rails at junctions. I've tried multiple ways of preventing this but to no avail. As this annoys me far more than it should I've put this simple mod together. It adds two new types of track which, when electrified, have a central third rail instead of catenary. They support all electric trains. It's not perfect but I prefer it to having my trains clip through badly placed catenary masts.

Note that there can be some weirdness when building the third rail track parralel to catenary track, one type can overwrite the other. Stations will use catenary by default but change to third rail when all tracks are connected to third rail.
