Lighter Supplies Materials ETC

WARNING: Likely this only works in English. Someone has posted that in German it changes names to English. Do not know all the tools of mods yet to understand why this happened as I didn't alter anything to do with languages nor the item names, just the weight field.

Combined the lighter weight ideas of several plugins I was using. Set the following weights:

Potions 0.1
Meads and Wines 0.3
Scrolls 0.2
Alch Ingredients 0.1 to 0.4 (most on the lower end)
Ore 0.5
Ignots 0.4
Leather 0.7
Pelts 0.8 to 3.0 so that the total leather gained should be just a little
lighter than the pelt was.
Charcoal 0.1
Firewood 2.5
Soul Gems (petty/lesser 0.1, common/greater/black 0.2, grand 0.3)
Dragon Bones 8.0 Dragon Scales 5.0 Dragonstones 15.0
Soups 0.3

Altered a few dishes and various items the player normally never carries around anyway.
Base game had forks, dishes, goblets, plates all at 0.5. I made them range 0.1 to 0.5 roughly on size so that forks are 0.1 for example.

All items are reduced approx 50%, some more, some less mostly based on object size.
