Wally is a wolf who came to Hollywood from parallel universe, alongside with his human slave Carl...*sigh*
Ah! Who am i kidding? It's just the midget Bob, the costumier, dressed like wolf from the latest steampunk movie, and his friend Carl. (he's just the way he is)

Nice character, unfortunately the art style it's drawn in does conflict a bit with the game's.

the 'art style' doesn't fit with the game, the voice acting is ok but more than a few lines are either hard to hear or too loud and distorted.
he's a cute little steampunk wolf with a creepy S&M sidekick, but it just wasn't my cup of tea
