The common thug from Streets of Rage / Bare Knuckle, Garcia (or Galsia). Comes with 4 attires based on his colors; very low stats and moveset/logic.

O_O *has a flashback the moment he saw the name garcia....he imagines a knife in hand, Garcia simply walking from left to right as the knife prevents me from making it to the chicken and restore all of my life. Game over...by a garcia. I am praying to God that you plan on doing: Adam, Axel, Max, Zan, Blaze, Skate, and Shiva? Also if you do the Signals: (Y.Signal ect) Please do me a favor and give him some German suplexes -hah-. I know it wouldn't make sense game-wise but as a kid I always thought they should have had a German Suplex instead of that stupid throw..you know...the throw they -always- do.

Also, if you haven't played the Streets of Rage Remake: Please do so ASAP. You owe it to yourself. It's free and amazing. Just like this CAW.
