Adds the new leader Clement Attlee to the game as an alternate leader for England.

England led by Clement Attlee

Ability: New Jerusalem
Mines and Quarries over resources incur 1 Gold per turn maintenance, but provide +1 Production, increasing to +2 Production if adjacent to a City Center or Neighbourhood. Gain the Public Hospital unique building when the Sanitation technology is researched.

Building: Public Hospital (Sewer)
English unique building when Clement Attlee is their leader. +3 Housing, +10% Food in this city. Builders constructed in this city receive an additional charge.

Agenda: Post-War Consensus
Recruits a lot of builders, aiming to improve as many tiles as possible, while keeping his people happy. Likes civilizations that also keep their people happy, dislikes those who do not.

Just a heads up, soon I will be removing thatcher from this mod and releasing her separately. Thi means games using this mod will not be able to be completed. Of course, this mod hasn’t loaded since Rise and Fall was released so his shouldn’t prove a problem for many.
