My edited version of Victor Ortega, all i did was to change the moves, parameters and add + 3 attires. all credit is due to him. The original can be found at his workshop.

Damn you Ortega! I've tried for years to "unlock him" on Saturday NIght Slam Masters SNES port because i thought he was a secret character, appearing on the game opening opening ripping his shirt like Hulk Hogan and making scene in the ending of the game as well - Just to find later that he was never in there.

Ring of Destruction however, made the musclebound badass playable from the start, and looking like he'd never pass a antidoping test he took the spot of the game's final boss.

His stat buffs were a little more considerable than the rest of the Muscle Bomber roster, surpassing 200pts, i figured that since he was a boss and was such a badass he earned the buffs i gave him, don't worry i'ts nothing out of the ordinary and he's still beatable, his moveset was left mostly intact, his finisher was renamed and his taunts are more like i wanted them to be now.

Has a default attire that received a small modification, the 2P attire from Ring of Destruction, complete with the skin tone change, a purple one with a silver plating and the unique attire which aims to depict his appearance in Saturday NIght Slam Masters - Muscle Bomber I endings. I only left the plating because i thought it was cool, but in the future i might remove it.

AI logic is present and was programmed by MacKenus.

Now with all the Muscle Bomber characters tweaked and uploaded, my work is finally complete. I have suceeded in life.
