From Japanese hero show Kamen Rider Black & Black RX

Kidnapped by Golgom with his best friend Kotaro, both are transformed into Black Sun and Shadow Moon. Fated to fight so the winner can become the next Golgom leader.
Shadow Moon is a ruthless villain obsessed with defeating Black Sun, Kamen Rider Black, who still hopes for his best friend to be alive inside Shadow Moon.

Many thanks! I tried really hard. I'm reading up on making the cpu logic to make it cooler to fight against him. I left him with 190p because he's supposed to be a very tough villain.
I'm making Black RX right now.
