描述
By request, the custom map that I use for Season 2 of my Transport Fever "let's play" series. This is a HUGE map of the Great Lakes, meaning you need to have experimental map sizes enabled to play it!

Full Tour of the map in the video above!

Features:
- 25 cities in and around the lake areas of Lakes Michigan, Eire, Superior, Ontario and Huron! Major cities include Chicago, Detroit, Washington, Philadelphia, Toronto and Ottawa
- Mountains and hills accurate to NASA heightmaps and adjusted for playability in Transport Fever
- Basic resource industry placed in accurate locations (Forests, Farms, Coal and Iron mines, Quarries). Oil wells placed in fictional locations to bring oil in from the 'South West' or 'West'
- NO production industry. You must have the Industry Mod to play this map! Place your production industies wherever you want!


Required Mods:
- Industry Mod or changing your file manually to bring up the build industries button!

- All American Locomotive/Wagon mods
- Sparky's American Roads

Because when I was building the map I quite simply ran out of time to connect them all sadly before I had to start the series. I shall see if after my series I can create a version with all of the lakes connected in some fashion

As someone thats from the Lakes Area I have to ask, Why? WHY!? are they not connected. Map is useless without it

Great map, and for once it's not clustered with dozens of cities all close to each other.

I am sorry about that Sergeant_0ddball! I did try to get them in but I ran out of time to start the series!

And sorry for there being no Kalamazoo, the scale meant I had to be very conservative with cities!

One complaint: The lakes are all connected by locks and canals IRL. there is no way in this map to get ships from one lake to another. A bit disappointing to someone who lives along the shores of Lake Michigan
