It happens that this mod won't work, but if you write in the console comand this
" set TG00BrandSheiJail to 0 " (after the G those are 2 zero)
our dear dunmer will return to his shop ready to sell his goods :riften:

Always nice to not perma-loose a merchant and a side quest for what I was told should be a "few days in a cell".
