Sacrifice your familiars to satan for devil items!

This one time use item sacrifices 2 random familiars in the room, and gives you a random devil item for each familiar. It also sacrifice every blue fly/spider in the room and gives you a penny for each one.

It can only sacrifice things that make sense to sacrifice, so can't sacrifice things like The Relic, Bomb Bag, Holy Water, 1up!, Mom's Razor, etc.

You can trick satan and sacrifice to him familiars you got from Monster Manual or Box of Friends. Or even things like Eve's Bird Foot once it's triggered.

If you sacrifice Guardian Angel, Sworn Protector, or Seraphim, satan is extra pleased and reward you with a bonus of 2 black hearts.

If you're playing with Lilith it wont sacrifice Incubus.

Found in the Devil Room & Curse Room. Cost 2 hearts.

Some of the items from the devil pool are omitted because they are not "dark" enough, or because of balance.
