Billy Marks

This is Billy Marks, junior official for the Keystone Wrestling Association.

A lifelong fan of the sport of pro wrestling, Billy was never good at sports as a youth; realizing this, at the tender age of 18 he applied to the Pennsylvania Athletic Commision and received his referee license.

A young official Billy calls it straight down the line. His enthusiasm shows with how fast he moves around the ring and in the speed of his count.
