描述

In the late 1930s, the WR 360 C 14s were built as shunting locomotives for the German army. The type designation designates a locomotive for the standardgauge with 360 hp, axle sequence C (three coupled drive axles) and an axle load of about 14 tons.

Technical Data:
- Speed : 60 km/h
- Power : 265 kW
- Tractive effort : 135 kN
- Availability : 1937 bis 1985

These engines look fantastic, and for short industrial railways, running direct between nearby industries, they're alright, with okay speed and their secret weapon, their size; being about the same length as most freight wagons of their time they're ideal for squeezing into cargo station platforms without taking up too much room, making more room for more freight wagons. Where they're let down though is their lackluster power and tractive effort, which means they're sluggish to accelerate with a train in tow, and good luck to you if your line has any hills. If you're sticking to Workshop mods only, they'll do. But if you also include 3rd party mods, then I'm afraid the kkStB Reihe 30 steam engines wipe the floor with these little diesels every time.
