Description:

The Mod displays true Hit/Crit/Graze% calculation introduced by mod "Long War 2 "by Pavonis Interactive.

Many bugs of vanilla mod still exists.

Displayed values are combined both HIT % and CRIT % to present chance for Full Damage hit,

What the Full Damage hit means ?

So when you have 100% to hit in original mod you should know that isn't 100% because of graze band, Its like 90% to hit and 10 % do graze. So when we expecting to hit with full damage (f.e. 2-4 a least) there is a 10% of that we received 1-2 dmg only.

Crit values in LW2 promote graze to normal hit and normal hit to crit.
Dodge values in LW2 promote hits normal to graze and crit to normal, and graze to miss.

So i changed display values and combined both hit and crit to see which % of my shoots will be with full damage. Now then you see 100% to hit expect that your soldier will always deal a full normal damage or critical dmg but never a graze hit.

How to read a mod :

HC HIT = chance of full damage hit (HIT + CRIT)
Graze = chance to graze hit (half of original dmg) - not included to HC HIT
Crit = chance of full damage hit to be a critical hit damage ( a part of HC HIT)

When the creator want to update their original mod i will remove my version from workshop.

Compatibility

if you want to use with Long War 2 mod you have to just unsubscribe original mod from Steam Workshop and replace it by my version.

Works with new version of Gotcha Again mod. ( disabled one of the class overrides in engine.ini)

This mod is compatible with existing saves.
Loading a saved game in-mission from before the installation will work.

The mod works like Vanilla mod and is NOT compatible with new War of the Chosen DLC !

Bugs

Detected bugs (main features of original mod doesn't change at all)

0% to hit should have 10% graze (depend of dodge of the target, dodge lower the graze chance)) but sometimes don't display correctly and shows 0.

Unfortunately doesn't work with Long War of the Chosen. At least I narrowed down game crashing when clicking on reaper's "Throw knife" to this mod (maybe some other abilities too, I don't know). Also there's some noticeable performance degradation with it enabled.

I know the chances are slim, but hope someone ports it to LWOTC, since it looked quite useful in the videos.

@Vullcan, please help me! I am translating a Perfect Information mod for LWOTC and can not find strings for HUD "GRAZE" and "CRT.DMG". I cannot contact the author. Can you give me a hint?

@Vullcan The stats above the health bar (damage, accuracy rating, movement and health) don't seem to show up for me. I'm playing Long War 2 (Non-WOTC), have Gotcha Again.

Did I do something wrong? Are there any Conflicts that wouldn't show up?

Can anyone tell me how I turn on the numbers for damage/hit chance/mobility/health across the top of the enemy health bar, please? (WOTC)

Thanks. I'm not entirely sure about Extended Information's behaviour on Mac, which is why I fell back to Perfect Information. It does a good job itself.

Use my code as you need for creating compatible mod.Personally the best connection would be a merging mod WOTC - Extended Information! with math of this mod for LW2.
