Before you go spamming my comments section with questions please read this, and all of this.

Now this is quite a list, sorry. :P
1.Resistence And Liberation (it's weapons not some stupid model thing)
2.NPC Spawn Platforms v2.1
3.Firearms Source Weapon Pack
4.Insurgery Weapons Expansion
(For the most part all of them are made by the same person.)

There is a hidden weapon along with AMMO.
I do not suggest spawning things or fly cheating but it's your choice. The base is a garage full of crap, along with a car, just look around the huge mountain of buildings I'm sure you'll find it. XD

Lower as in somewhere on the ground where the grassy area is XD

Ehh, probably around your base. If you really want to you can place them lower. But do remember some the areas are blocked off. I hope this helps you.
