Gives the cloned riflemend and shotgunners a laser upgrade, with custom sounds and projectiles

KNOWN ISSUES:
- For some reason this mod makes the laser muzzle flash red. But since you rarely get to use the laser rifle in BFE I don't think it's a huge issue
