Full Army Summons

描述
This mod will remove the cannot use: "Army is full" flag for ALL summoning spells and abilities.

No longer will you have to keep an army at below 20 to be able to use your fun skills!

Note: Theese changes are hardcoded to the tables "special_ability_to_invalid_usage_flags_tables", any mod that uses those will not work with this mod. It should however be noted that i have not seen a single mod that uses said tables so the problem is moot.

Savegame compatible.

I always seem to be able to summon when i have 20/20 only when i have 2 armies of 20 I cannot summon so what does this exactly do?
