A cool damage effect I've had in my PC for quite some time. A good friend shared it with me and he had it from another person sooo... Credits go to that guy, if he wants the file taken down, I'll do so.

Modern Warfare Low Health (Damage Effect)

Featuring: VEINS!

That's right! When your hp is below 40, a red vignette will appear, go any lower and animated veins will appear!

Something I noticed is that the effect stutters with a regeneration mod. Is there any way to make it so that the effect has a delayed fade? I want to be able to see it disappear smoothly over time. And yes, I know how hard it can be to code. :|
